  • Yankee Stores CC Trading As The Fashion Walk hereafter will be referred to as Fashion Walk
  • Fashion Walk is a business in the retail industry.
  • The offering on this website is available to South Africa only.
  • Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form.
  • Final invoice amount to be paid in full before shipping. Goods will only be shipped once the full amount reflects in the sender’s account.
  • Shipping fee ss R 110
  • Products marked as ‘1 per customer’ are restricted to 1 per customer, any orders containing more will be cancelled.
  • The provision of goods and services by Fashion Walk is subject to availability. In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur resulting in refunds. We will refund a client in full within 30 Days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
  • Handling time may vary from 1-3 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Orders placed before 2PM on any given day usually get dispatched the same day. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.
  • A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
  • We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 60 days. At this stage we will issue a full refund and make arrangements with the customer.
  • We do not accept international returns/exchanges.
  • Fashion Walk takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return – customer can opt for a refund less shipping the fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment. Additional fees may apply for shoes with special or oversized packaging.
  • All sales are final.  This is most applicable to incorrect size choice by the customer. Please ensure you choose correct item and size. We are avialble to take your queries via email at sales@fashionwalk.co.za
  • Returns are accepted in very specific instances, and are subject to agreement to the RETURNS POLICY and completion and acceptance of the RETURNS FORM.
  • Clearance/Sale product: may not be refunded or exchanged. All Clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
  • Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.
  • Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.
  • Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
  • In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.
  • All orders are shipped double boxed with relevant labels.
  • All shoes and clothing are 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all items offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.
  • This site serves as a full online sneaker and street wear clothing store and nothing else; no other items will be billed or shipped from this site.
  • Fashion Walk takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).   • Card transactions will be acquired for Fashion Walk via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South AfricanAcquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on thewebsite. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
  • Fashion Walk will store customer details separately from card details which are entered by the client on payment gateways secure site.
  • The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Fashion Walk takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.
  • Fashion Walk adheres to retail regulatory laws as set out under South African law
  • Fashion Walk may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

 

Returns Policy

  • Returns will only be considered within 14 days of purchase
  • Please contact us via email address sales@fashionwalk.co.za.
  • A returns form will need to be filled in
  • Customer will be liable for shipping costs incurred in regard to exchange of product
  • Please ensure product is returned in original packaging with attached swing tags
  • Returned product must be saleable, not worn and unaltered

 

Refund Policy

  • Once a return is received your product will be inspected by sales team
  • If refund is approved monies will be paid over per agreed medium of exchange
